Can I use Psynthia for free?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit and covers patient files, agenda and online booking. The AI features come with the paid plans.
Is there a trial of the paid plans?
Yes: 14 days of Professional, without a card. Start it from Settings once you have an account.
What are AI credits?
They cover the AI features: transcription, reports, the assistant and the Word add-in. Each plan includes a monthly amount, you can see usage per feature, and extra packs do not expire.
What is the fee on patient payments?
On the free plan, payments your patients make through Psynthia carry a small fee. Paid plans have none.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from Settings.
